1. Refunds will be provided only if the requested service has not been delivered. Please note that registration fees, application fees, and form fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. In the normal course of processing, refunds will be issued by the institution within 30 to 45 days from the date the refund request is submitted by the applicant.
3. Approved refunds will be processed either through the original payment gateway or by direct bank transfer to the depositor’s bank account.
